CET is a business unit of the Electrotechnology Training Institute (ETI) who support the interests of the WA electrical and communications sector. ETI also includes ECA WA as the peak electrical industry organisation in WA with more than 1,600 members. ETI also includes Electrical Group Training, the biggest employer of electrical apprentices in WA, and ECA Legal.

We train over half of WA's apprentice electricians, with over 2,000 learners coming through our door for everything from pre-apprenticeships through to post-trade and general training.

Never taught before? That’s ok! We love helping tradies pivot in their career to become successful electrical trade teachers. We provide full training and a mentor program to make sure you’re confident and qualified to teach the next generation of young electricians.
