The Technical Hotline is a free^ service for all Business Group Members, providing an easy way for electrical contracting businesses to access prompt technical assistance when required. (^Standard call charges apply - please refer to your phone provider).
Our TKB is a searchable knowledge base where members can easily look up the Wiring Rules, a variety of Standards, Western Power's WAER and WASIR, Building and Energy's Energy Bulletins and more, 24/7 via their tablet or smartphone.
Our experienced safety team provides members with Work Health and Safety services, resources and specialist advice.
Members receive discounted rates and free services from ECA Legal, including free 30-minute phone or email advice and consultation, free Letters of Demand (for claims below $10,000) and access to a range of workplace templates and policies.
Members receive discounts off some post-trade courses at the College of Electrical Training (CET) and Equip-Safe.
We ensure members know about the latest changes, news and updates that are relevant to their work and business through a variety of print and digital publications and social channels.
Members receive a 5% discount on the charge out rate for apprentice hire. This discount applies for the length of their membership with ECA WA and, for many electrical contractors, this saving amounts to the equivalent of their annual membership fee.
