Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) with NECA WA has expired. If your NECA WA membership started or renewed between 1 July 2023 and 30 June 2024, you are also a member of ECA WA. Your membership payment agreement, however, is with NECA WA only.
You will need to set up a new payment agreement directly with us to maintain your access to the local membership services and benefits that ECA WA provides.
Log in using your primary contact email address and the password you used for the Member Area. Call us on (08) 6241 6100 if you need assistance or are unsure of your login details.
Not all members are required to do this immediately, it depends on your payment frequency and membership renewal date.
We will be in contact with you individually to confirm when you are required to set up your payment agreement with ECA WA.
Please ensure you look out for emails from communications@ecawa.org.au – this email will be sent to the primary contact email we have registered for your business. Log into the MyECA portal with your primary contact email address and the password you used to access the former Member Area.
Confirm your current membership level.
Select whether you wish to pay for your annual membership via monthly payments or annually in advance.
Choose your preferred payment method and provide your payment details.
And that’s it! You will receive an email from membership@ecawa.org.au confirming that your ECA WA payment agreement has been set-up, with a copy of your invoice attached to this email.
