ECA WA Member digs a trench for 24 hours non-stop for charity

ECA WA member Goran Utjesinovic from Benang Energy, successfully completed his 24-hour digging marathon which raised $100,000 for the children’s suicide prevention charity Zero to Hero.

Goran moved just over 50 tonnes of sand over the 24 hours in which he dug a one-metre-deep trench continuously for 24 hours. 

All our members have had considerable experience on the end of a shovel during their careers, but we doubt any of you have ever considered doing it for 24 hours in a row!
