Wellbeing is not only important for your overall happiness, but it is also essential for your performance and safety at work. Having a mentally healthy workplace allows you to be productive, feel safe, and valued. Understanding and ensuring you are doing things to maintain your wellbeing will help you to perform better, reduce stress and enjoy life in and out of work.

- Balance: ensure that you spend time outside of work to recharge by doing the things you enjoy and being around your friends and family
